Yoga helps increase flexibility and mobility, improve focus, boost balance – and anyone can do it! No experience necessary. Come one, come all!

After our yoga class with Anson & Angela at the Yoga Loft, we’ll make the short trek to Playalinda Brewing Company – Hardware Store for a cold craft beer!

Cost is $15 per person, and includes yoga class + one pint of Playalinda-brewed beer. Class size is limited, pre-registration is suggested.
