Whether you prefer the cozy, historic Hardware Store in Titusville’s downtown district, or the modern expanse of our Brix Project location in south Titusville – You’ll find an equally epic selection of craft beer, creative fare and friendly faces.
Playalinda’s Hardware Store in downtown Titusville, is the Brevard County brewing company’s original location. Upon opening in November of 2014, Playalinda became the Space City’s first microbrewery. Best known for its’ production of small-batch, funky fresh beers and impressive craft bottle selection – the Hardware Store has since become a main street staple, where both locals and visitors alike can come together for a great beer and a bite to eat.
The Hardware Store is located just a few miles from famous destinations such as Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Playalinda Beach, the Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon. Just steps from the front door you’ll find the Coast to Coast Connecter Bicycle Trail, Space View and Sand Point Park, and some of the best rocket launch viewing locations in the United States.
A mere six miles south of the Hardware Store, Playalinda’s Brix Project Brewpub and distribution brewery opened its’ doors in late September 2016. The newest Playalinda location is equipped with a full kitchen, expanded menu, outdoor Beer Garden and ten times the brewing production capacity. As Playalinda Brewing Company continues to expand, Brix Project will house the brewery’s canning operation and eventually, a distillery.
A popular destination for dinner, date nights and after-work drinks, Brix Project recently expanded its’ hours to include regular Friday lunch and Sunday Brunch service. An abundant selection craft beer and wine, a menu inclusive of everything from basic burgers to cedar-plank salmon, and plenty of playful games to keep everyone entertained has helped make Brix Project a welcome addition to the dining and independent beer scene on Florida’s east coast.
