Celebrate Veterans Day with Country Pumpkin – Paint & Pints!

Come enjoy a day of painting and honoring our Veterans! We’ll be painting this Patriotic Fall tribute to honor an ROTC student with the Col Matthew J. Hearon scholarship. ALL proceeds to OASIS-Operation America Standing In Support, will be committed to the scholarship to honor our fallen hero.

Drinks start at 11:30am, painting starts a 12 noon

$25 covers all materials and one drink.

WHAT IS OASIS?

OASIS works to improve the general morale and welfare of the military member serving the Global War on Terrorism,by providing troops currently deployed in the form of themed packages and card writing campaigns. OASIS also aims to improve the general morale and welfare of the military member and their family serving the Global War on Terrorism by providing recreational type activities to troops returning home at the completion of their deployment, especially for those experiencing PTSD. Suicide amongst returning Veterans averages 22 per day. That is 22 too many.

OASIS also provides annually the Col. Matthew J. Hearon scholarship to an ROTC student who exemplifies the character and dedication Col. Hearon had as the Commander of the Florida National Guard. It is an honor to recognize an outstanding individual to continue his legend.
