Chefs Justin Medina of Brix Project, Toni Elkhouri of Cedar’s Cafe in Melbourne, Brandon Basista of the Bearded Chef food truck and catering and Kyle Hash of Pizza Gallery & Grill in Viera will prepare the feast. Playalinda brewmaster Ron Raike will pair each course with the perfect brew.
