Five Years of Craft, Community, and Creativity

We started this journey with a passion for craft beer, a brewmaster whose craft knows no limit and a handful of dedicated beertenders. Five years later, we have two locations along US 1 and beers being enjoyed all over the State of Florida. With our amazing crew of over 80 employees, we maintain just as much drive to create great beer and a nice place to enjoy it as we did on day one.

With all that said, we owe YOU a big THANK YOU! For your support and love of all things Playalinda. Without our thirsty friends enjoying our locally crafted beers and cocktails, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We hope you can come out and celebrate our 5 year anniversary the only way we know how…with our community.

On Saturday, November 9th we’re celebrating 5 years with 20 beers on tap, a grilled cheese flight with 5 delicious grilled cheeses, and live music all day. We plan on having some special beers on tap for the day including our Birthday Cake Blonde, a funfetti-cake inspired ale made complete with a whipped cream and sprinkle rim, plus many more favorites to be announced.

And yes, you read that correctly GRILLED CHEESE FLIGHT! Chef Scott and Chef Justin will be working together with Sunrise Bakery to put together a grilled cheese flight featuring 5 specialty variations of this classic snack paired alongside Playalinda beers. Other menu items will be available for the day as well.

There will also be live, local tunes from some of the musicians that have been coming to Playalinda since day one. Josh Whitaker will be playing from 12-4 PM and Damion Suomi from 6-10 PM.

In the week leading up to the anniversary, we will be hosting Archaeology on Tap: Space! with the Florida Public Archaeology Network on Wednesday, November 7th. Also, as an appreciation for nature and one of North Brevard’s most notable landmarks, Playalinda is partnering with Keep Brevard Beautiful to host a Playalinda Beach Cleanup on Thursday, November 8th at 2 PM.

Playalinda Brewing Company – Brix Project 3 Year Anniversary Bash!

Join us as we celebrate turning three on Saturday, September 7th!

We opened our doors in 2016 and have been striving to set a standard for great locally made craft beer, unique cuisine, and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere here on the Space Coast. Join us as they celebrate three years with an epic birthday bash including 20 unique beers on tap, delicious food, and live music in the beer garden in the evening.

Guests attending the event can expect a variety of creative beers on tap including, Birthday Cake Blonde Ale, released only during Playalinda’s anniversary. “Guests always look forward to Birthday Cake on tap for the anniversary, but we’re very excited to be releasing other new brews for our third birthday reflective of all the popular beer trends over the past year,” says Co-Owner and Brewmaster, Ron Raike.

Playalinda Brewing Company’s Award-Winning Executive Chef plans to have some special dishes of the day inspired by one of Playalinda’s most popular beers on tap, Playalinda Blonde Ale. “I love incorporating our beer into dishes on the menu and Playalinda Blonde is perfect to complement some amazing flavors. Oh, and there will be cake…” says Executive Chef, Justin Medina.

In addition to great beer on tap and delicious food flowing from the kitchen, there will be live music in the evening from 6-10 PM featuring local rising musicians, Daniel Jude duo. Originating from Titusville, Daniel Jude duo has been playing shows around the state of Florida and they’re excited to have their first home-town show at Brix Project. Guests who attend the free show in the evening are encouraged to bring folding chairs.

Best of Brix: 2 Year Anniversary

We’re bringing back your favorites as we celebrate two years at Brix Project on Saturday, September 15th!

Can you believe its been TWO YEARS?! We’re busy getting all the details ready for one of our favorite parties of the year. We’re making the day extra special by bringing back all your menu favorites over the past two years including beer, food, and cocktails!

“When we were thinking of a way to celebrate two years of incredible beer, food, cocktails, fun events, AWESOME guests and staff, it seemed natural to bring it all together in one epic mash-up of all of our favorites since we opened. We skimmed through old menus, talked to staff and searched back on social media to find the most popular. It’s so hard to choose, but there have been some obvious shining stars over the years and we’re so excited to share them all with everyone. Our regulars will be able to revisit old favorites and newcomers will be able to see what we’ve done, it’s a really fun way to celebrate everything we’ve accomplished so far,” says Co-Owner and Creative Director, Donna Scott.

The big day will be filled with everything you would expect, but to take things up a notch there will be live music in the beer garden from local musicians including Brittany LeAnn and Damion Suomi. While there is seating, guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair to enjoy the show. Celebrate a very special day with Brevard County’s largest independent craft brewery.

3 Years of Great Beer

We invite you to celebrate 3 Years of Great Beer with us at Playalinda Brewing Company!

Playalinda Brewing Company was born three years ago as a project to establish North Brevard County and Titusville in Florida as a craft beer destination from a group of passionate owners including Donna & Bryan Scott and Ron & Katie Raike.

Playalinda remains the only brewery in Titusville and has had great success and acceptance of the community since opening its doors in November 2014, most recently being voted best brewery in Cocoa and Brevard County in Florida. Since opening its doors, Playalinda has outgrown its original Hardware Store location and opened a larger production facility in South Titusville in 2016, Brix Project and has signed a state-wide distribution contract with Cavalier Distributing. “It’s been an incredible journey so far and we are thrilled to see what comes next, the opportunities seem limitless and with the support of the Space Coast and Central Florida community we believe that anything is possible. ” says Co-Owner Donna Scott.

As November marks three years for Playalinda they will be hosting a party on November 18th at their Hardware Store location in Downtown Titusville. The celebration will be complete with an incredible beer lineup including the release of Milkshakes IPA. For the anniversary Milkshakes IPA will be available in crowler and growler fills. In addition to the release of Milkshakes IPA there will be live music from Josh Whitaker throughout the day and food from Playalinda’s brewery kitchen, including cupcakes (it’s only appropriate, right?).

Three years later and Playalinda and its owner have done a spectacular job of crafting a culture of great beers, quality food, awesome employees and a unique atmosphere that embraces the Space Coast community. They put their blood, sweat and tears into growing the success of Playalinda and we would love to celebrate with nothing other than some delicious beers.
