New Year. New month. New brunch menu!

Make your New Years Resolution to brunch better! We have a few new additions to our Sunday Brunch menu for January. There is something for those who love sweet or something savory. Join us every Sunday from 10 am – 1 pm and we can help you keep your resolutions!

The holidays are for brunching.

Show off your great taste to all your friends and family this December and join us for Sunday Brunch at Brix Project every week from 10 AM – 1 PM. As always, we’ve added some delicious new seasonal additions for the month of December.

Florida Winter Spritz

Tyler’s London Dry Gin, lime, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and prosecco

 

Liquid Wisdom

Cathead Vodka, Gibson Port, pomegranate, grapefruit, lemon and Peychaud’s bitters

 

Spiced Butter Eggnog Pancakes

Three fluffy eggnog pancakes topped with spiced syrup and cranberry honey butter

 

Smoked Brisket Frittata

House smoked brisket with onion, pepper, spinach, cheddar and salsa

 

Cauliflower Steak

Smoked cauliflower seared and seasoned with saffron aioli, drunken currants and toasted almonds

November Brunch Menu

No better time than brunch time.

Let’s spoil your taste buds with Sunday Brunch at Brix Project. From 10am – 1 pm you can indulge in some of our delectable brunch dishes including Irish Egg Rolls, the Chuckwagon, Amaretto French Toast and more. We’re adding several new, seasonal plates and cocktails this month you can check out below:

The Masteller

Muddles blackberry, pineapple juice and bubbles

 

Fruta Caliente

El Jimador Resposado, strawberry puree, jalepeno simple syrup, lime, splash of grapefruit

 

Tuna Tartare

Lime ginger sesame marinated tuna stacked on avocado and sticky Jasmine rice, with a picked beer coulis and wasabi sauce – add seaweed chips for $1

 

Amaretto Cherry French Toast

Texas toast dipped in amaretto butter, topped with cherry balsamic compote and powdered sugar

 

Smoked Salmon Salad on Rye

House smoked salmon with a chive caper dressing on toasted rye, served with fries

 

Burger of Breakfast

Signature beef patty, thick cut applewood bacon, cheddar and a fried egg in between two waffles, served with fries
